Little Man and Little Sis Pic Updates!

I got a fantastic update email from Little Man's mommy this morning. Here are some snippets from it:

"Then the class notebook on Friday had this comment: "Mark was reading a book about camels for storytime and Little Man announced:'That has one hump so it must be a dromedary!'" Yesterday he was trying to meet boys from the older class, and they weren't being very receptive. The teacher picked a boy that he thought might be more receptive, and asked Little Man "would you like me to introduce you toXX?" Little Man replied "I would love it if you could do that!""

"Two nights ago Little Man had another good negotiating moment. I was trying to wash him with a washcloth. He wanted to wash the tiles(aka train tracks). He took it, saw that the brand name on the tag started with a C, and said confidently, "This is just for washing train tracks, not me. See, it starts with C, and C makes two sounds,"cuh" and "tuh", and tracks starts with the "tuh" sound. So this can only be used to wash train tracks." Of course he knows the sounds C makes, he was just trying to find a way to make all of the logic fit together... and what do you say to that? And his new ploy to keep from going to bed is that "I haven't got all of my animals organized yet." He has a lot of them, and has to have them just exactly right.

Then there is Little Man's baby sister. She obviously has personality oozing out of her like her big sibling, as you can tell in her picture. I saw 3 other ones, all of which she is being the biggest goofball. Like brother, like sister.

Wouldn't you like to know what he is thinking in this picture? If I know this kid at all, it's probably some complex theory on how he is going to assemble his Thomas the Tank Engine track later on in the day as well as the storyline that will go with it.

See you in a few weeks, my precious! I can't wait to hang out with you!!!
